Hosted Buyers FAQ
The programme is intended for senior decision-makers responsible for evaluating, specifying or procuring products, technologies and solutions across the cleaning, smart infrastructure and environmental industries. Applicants should have direct influence over purchasing decisions, technology evaluation or supplier selection within their organisation.
Selected Guided Tours may be available as part of the Hosted Buyers Programme, offering curated visits to exhibitors and technologies aligned with your organisation's sourcing priorities and areas of interest.

Participation is complimentary for approved hosted buyers. Depending on your assigned package, you may receive complimentary flights, accommodation, or both.
Hosted buyers are expected to:
- Attend the event in person during the event period
- Pre-schedule and attend the required number of business meetings with your chosen exhibitors
- Participate in the Hosted Buyer Programme, including curated activities and invited networking sessions, where applicable
Please note that cancellation fees or penalties may apply in the event of a late cancellation, no-show, or failure to fulfil the programme commitments.
Successful Hosted Buyers may enjoy a range of programme benefits, including curated business matching, pre-arranged business meetings, exclusive networking opportunities, access to the Insight Stage and CleanEnviro Summit Singapore (CESG), and selected travel and hospitality support, subject to programme eligibility and terms and conditions.
Approved Hosted Buyers will receive access to the business matching platform Through this platform, you can explore exhibitors’ products and services, identify relevant exhibitors, request meetings, and schedule business appointments in advance.
The platform will also recommend relevant exhibitors based on your stated product interests and business objectives.
Applications will open in early 2027. Register your interest to receive application announcements, programme updates and eligibility information as they become available.
Yes. More than one representative from the same organisation may apply or be nominated. Each application will be assessed individually against the Hosted Buyers Programme eligibility criteria.
Yes. Hosted buyers can arrange meetings directly through the Business Matching platform by selecting relevant exhibitors and sending meeting requests. Alternatively, you may contact the Hosted Buyer Team for assistance with exhibitor recommendations based on your interests and business objectives.
